All LEVENSA products are covered in exchange and return policy
In case you receive wrong product, or a shipment arrives in an incorrect condition, LEVENSA store take responsibility of all shipping, exchange and return costs, and if you wish to exchange for any other reason, LEVENSA store does not take responsibility of any shipping costs that result from that.
The customer is not entitled to cash refund in exchange for returning products obtained through purchase with reward points, as he will be compensated with reward points.
In case that the customer receives free credit or a free purchase voucher, he is not entitled to convert the balance into cash.
LEVENSA returns the amounts in the form of a cash balance in the customer’s account in the store as soon as the returned shipments arrive at the store, or resends the amount to the customer’s account within a period of no less than a week after communicating with the customer and taking his information clearly.
In case the customer purchases the products via Visa or MasterCard cards, and the customer wishes to refund the amount, compensation will be made by re-payment to the same Visa or MasterCard card with which the purchase was made, and the restoration period is subject to the policy of the bank (or electronic payment broker) providing the service.
In case the customer receives free shipping and wants to exchange the products, LEVENSA has the right to recalculate the free shipping cost.
